Detailed Review : As a homebrewer placed in Brazil, i always had difficulty in finding thermometers graduaten in degrees Celsius (they´re usually in farenheit). This thermometer in Celsius gave me a new way to measure my mashing temp, much more comfortable than manual thermometers. Next week i´ll order a second unit for my water boiling pot.
