All fitting ports are welded for a permanent connection that never needs replacing and is also easier to clean and sanitize just like commercial fermenters.

 

Brewery Quality Tri-Clamp Fittings Standard. High-quality commercial-grade tri-clamp fittings, the same pro brewer use on their fermenters. A tri-clamp fitting is preferred by commercial breweries because they are easy to remove and easy to clean. 

 

Rotating Racking Port. The commercial quality racking port features zero threads and is easily removed for cleaning. A double o-ring seal in addition to tri-clamp seal, provides a triple seal guarantee to ensure no beer is spilt. The racking arm acts as a position indicator so you know from what level the beer is being siphoned from on the inside. This feature allows you to start your siphon with the racking arm horizontal, and rotate it slowly downward until you just start picking up yeast sediment.

 

Large 1.5" Tri-Clamp Butterfly Valve on the bottom allows easy trub dumping or yeast harvesting. The large size dump valve is necessary to ensure that yeast settlement can be released without clogging. A welded tri-clamp fitting ensures that there is no lip or flat bottom found in weldless designs for yeast to settle on.

 

Super Sized Corny Keg Style Hatch Lid allows sanitary access for pitching yeast, dry hopping or adding finings. At the end of the brew cycle the hatch is large enough to even the biggest biceps full arm access for cleaning.

 

Two 1/2" Tri-Clamp fittings are located on the top of the fermenter for Blow off valves, temperature probes and other accessories.

 

The fermenter is easily removed from the Stand. Whilst the fermentersits securely in its cradle an empty conical is easily lifted out of the included stand for cleaning or storage.

 

Pressure Capable Stainless LidJust like the big breweries, use CO2 pressure to pump your finished beer from fermenter to your kegs. Eliminates the need for elevating the fermentor above the kegs or bottling bucket. Ideal for chest freezers. Not designed for carbonation.
